Juarez Mexico Warehouse Operations

On August 13, 2018 the first JUSDA site for Mexico opened, the building is located at Blvd Independencia 1451-3 Parquet Industrial Intermex Oriente Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico which resides on the southeastern part of Juarez. The site started was a single location supporting Foxconn’s Scientific Atlanta Operations, with a facility footprint of 126,713 sq. ft., with a storage capacity of 10,500 pallets.

Over the last 2 years the operations have grown to include industry leading manufacturers of networking equipment and makers of efficiency controls and automation equipment.

Facility milestones:

·  Jusda 1 Expansion of 113,537 sq. ft. (Sept 2019)

·  Facility added fire suppression system to sites: Jusda 1 and Jusda 1 expansion. (Jan 2020)

·  Supported FJZ operation when other 3PL provider closed operation. (June 2020)

·  JUSDA 2 Size: 153,081 sq. ft. -Blvd. Manuel Talamas Camandari Bravo II, Juarez, MX (Aug 2020)

·  JUSDA 2 expansion Size 102,16 sq. ft. (Sept 2020)

The current Juarez operations consists of, 495,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space, storage capacity of 48,000 pallets.
